Instructions for the hosts at the festivalbase

Meetingplace: At the festivalbase at Munkegata 40

The ones working at the festival base are responsible for this being a good place to be. To keep the base tidy, make waffles, prepare lunch and dinner and more. Further instructions will be given at the start of the shifts.

 

TIMESCHEDULE:

Early shift: At 10.30 – 15.30

  • At 1030 Start up and brief
    • If necessary: pick up the dishes from yesterday from the kafèlavvu
    • Clean all the tables
    • Check that the area is neat and tidy
    • Check toilet: shine if needed, fill toilet paper and soap ++
  • At 1045 Make coffee and start to make waffles
  • At 1100 Prepare simple lunch
  • At 1230 Add waffles and coffee
  • At 1300 Clear the lunch
  • At 1400 Refill waffles and coffee
  • At 1420 Prepare dinner service. The dinner arrives at 14.30.

Continuously: Clean and make sure the base is nice, check the toilet once an hour, write up any shopping list if something is missing 🙂

 NB: The kitchen-utilities that needs wasking is put in a bucket and brought to the kafèlavvo for washing.

Eveningshift: 15.00 – 20.00

  • At 1500 Brief and dinner
  • At 1600 Clean up after dinner, possibly make portion packs of leftovers and refrigerate
  • At 1630 Refill waffles and coffee
  • At 1700 Wash the floors ++ if needed
  • At 1900 See through all tools and bring to the kafèlavvo ++ and prepare for tomorrow

Continuously: Clean and make sure the base is nice, check the toilet once an hour, write up any shopping list if something is missing 🙂
